ZAC Purchase made it double gold for Marlow at the Rowing World Cup in Germany yesterday.
He joined forces with Mark Hunter to lead the Great Britain Lightweight Men's Double Sculls to victory ahead of France.
He said: "We are training better as a unit this year may be thats the secret about GB's success here at the World Cup.
"Its great to be a part of this good start. We hope to maintain and improve our level."
